Exterior 450 Wood Stain
GF’s Exterior 450 Wood Stains are premium quality, exterior pigmented stains designed for outdoor projects. They contain U.V. absorbers and mildewcides for maximum protection from the elements. Exterior 450 Stains can be applied by brush, roll or spray. You have two options: Apply two coats Exterior 450 Wood Stain with no topcoat for a semi-transparent look or apply one coat of stain, wipe off and apply several coats of Exterior 450 Clear Finish.

Exterior 450 Stain & Top Coat Showcase
We used General Finishes Exterior Products to refurbish the horse stalls in our barn - they had been empty and untreated for almost 10 years, and the results were fabulous. See before and after pictures below. After power power-washing and sanding down the previous oil base finish, we sprayed a 50/50 mixture of Olde Cherry Exterior 450 Stain and Coffee Bean Exterior 450 Stain mixed with an equal quantify of Exterior 450 Clear top coat. Next time we might add a little dye stain.
