Water Base Wood Stains & Dye Stains
General Finishes Enduro professional water based wood stains and dye stains allow you to create the truest, deepest colors possible on any wood species. The wood stains are formulated with a proprietary blend of pigments and dyes to provide superior color and are easy to apply with spray applications. The deep rich tones of our waterbourne dye stains enhance the wood grain and produce vibrant colors - especially on woods like cherry, walnut and maple. And unlike pigmented stains, dye stains mix well for custom blending, and are easier to color-correct (simply by adding more color or wiping off some of the stain) after they have been applied.

Designed for production use, they are liquid versions of the General Finishes - consumer semi-gel water based wood stains. They may be sprayed or hand wiped. Our Water Based Stains have all the advantages of oil base stains: they spread easily, can be repaired, can be blended effortlessly, and have plenty of open time. The thicker formula allows controlled penetration, which will reduce blotching on softer woods such as Aspen, Pine and Maple. |
